Her move to Interstar in 2001 opened up the world of the non-bank market and off shore mortgage funding to her. Joyti became the Lending Manager for Interstar's New Zealand operation with underwriting and administrative staff reporting direct to her in the day to day operations of the Company.

Her vast wealth of Lending knowledge, and natural charisma, blends her skills into a valuable and very professional asset for Mortgage Providers client base.
